    Opening: Shamanic Drum Meditation

The experience begins with a grounding shamanic drum journey to help participants centre and connect with their breath and body.

    Movement Through the Five Elements

Participants are then guided through a series of dance movements inspired by the five elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — each representing different emotional and energetic states. World music, drums, and rhythmic soundscapes accompany the movement.

    Closing: Soothing Meditation & Integration

The session ends with a gentle meditation to support integration, grounding, and reflection—bringing the body and nervous system into a state of calm.
